Refund policy

1. The short version

If a paid plan is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No form to fill in and no reason required.

2. The 14-day period

The 14 days run from the date of each charge, whether that is your first payment or a renewal. Within that window a refund is unconditional, including where you have used the service — the Free plan exists so you can evaluate CameraCAD before paying, and we would rather you use it properly and change your mind than not try it at all.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it.

3. After 14 days

Beyond 14 days we do not refund a period already in progress. You can cancel at any time from the account page: cancellation stops the next charge and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is billed after that.

If something on our side went wrong — a duplicate charge, a plan you were billed for but never received, an outage that made the service unusable for a meaningful part of the period — write to us anyway. Those are our mistakes to put right, and the 14 days do not apply to them.

4. Yearly plans

Yearly plans follow the same rule: full refund within 14 days of the charge. After that the year runs to its end and does not auto-refund on cancellation, so if you are unsure, start monthly.

5. How to ask

Write to support@cameracad.com or use the contact page from the address on the account. Tell us which charge you mean; you do not need to explain why. We answer within two business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.

6. Who processes the refund

Orders and payments for CameraCAD are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement and invoice. Refunds are issued through Paddle, so you may also hear from them directly. Either route reaches the same place: ask us and we will arrange it.
